The right to access information and the right to re-use information are achieved in accordance with the Act on the Right to Access Information (Official Gazette 25\/13).<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The objective of the Act is to enable and ensure the attainment of the right to access information, which is a guaranteed right under the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, and of the right to the re-use of information by natural and legal persons via openness and public activities of state administration bodies.<\/p>

The Information Officer at the Public Institute of Krka National Park is Katia \u017dupan.<\/p>
