Workshop on the subject of reducing the use of plastic - Going plastic free

The Public Institute of Krka National Park would like to invite all interested people to an ecological-educational workshop on the subject of reducing the use of plastic (Going plastic free), which will be held on Sunday, 28 August 2022 at 5 pm at the Krka Eko Campus in Puljane..

The aim of the workshop is to educate citizens about the harmfulness of plastic to the environment, suggest ways to reduce its use in everyday life, and the importance of recycling it.

The workshop will feature theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, there will be a presentation on the importance and ways of reducing the use of plastic, with examples of good practice. In the practical section, participants will have the opportunity to recycle plastic, i.e. to process discarded and old pieces of plastic into products that can be reused.

The workshop was co-financed by the Fund for Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency, and will be held by representatives of the “Krka” Ecological Association from Knin.

We are looking forward to your visit!
